Estate LS™ lawn has a dark green colour. This mixture is specially designed for loam and clay soils only. This blend has a higher percentage of Kentucky Bluegrass so is not suitable for sandy or other droughty soils.

Estate LS consists of high-performance components: 50% Kentucky Blue Grass, 20% Creeping Red Fescue, and 30% Slider LS Perennial Ryegrass. LS is for "lateral spread", an unique, patented variety of grass that aggressively tilts and quickly recovers in highly used areas.

Lateral Spread lawn mixtures have a spreading tiller which fills in bare spots fast for increasing density to prevent possible weed pressures. These mixtures are find leafed and dark green in colour. Each mix is custom designed making our seed company the only ones with this technology in Eastern Canada.
APPLICATION:
- Apply at a rate of 5-7 lbs/1000 sq ft
- Optimal over-seeding application time is early spring or fall
- Good germination depends on adequate moisture and good seed to soil contact.
