Produce high yields of oblate tubers with creamy buff skin over white flesh. These make wonderful French fries! Plants are spreading at maturity, and require close planting at 15-20cm (6-8") between plants. Kennebec has excellent storage qualities. Kennebec is notorious for colouring up green skins if not stored in the dark. Medium Late
